Tangshan Yinglai Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013, and currently has over 120 employees. The company's main business is the research and development, production, and sales of machine vision systems and industrial robot intelligent equipment.
During the interview, Zhao Zhijun, Deputy General Manager of Yinglai Technology, stated that the laser vision sensor independently developed by Yinglai Technology is a core component in the field of intelligent welding. The sensor alone contains nearly 60 independently developed patents of the company.
The detection accuracy of the Yinglai laser vision sensor has exceeded 0.05mm, which is at the international level. In the recognition of weld seams, sensors are used to detect weld seam gaps, enabling robots to autonomously recognize weld seam trajectories. At the same time, based on weld seam characteristics, the working trajectory is adjusted and different welding parameters are generated, achieving the first set of cases in the segmented field nationwide.
The robotics industry belongs to a technology intensive industry, and the ability of technological innovation determines the market competitiveness and leading level of the industry. Its products can adapt to more than 40 mainstream industrial robots both domestically and internationally, and have been sold to more than 1000 leading manufacturing companies worldwide, such as CRRC and BYD.
