Robotic Palletizing System for Dry Vibratable Refractory
 
An intelligent production line with an annual output of 90000 tons of Dry Vibratable Refractory deigned and installed by Yinglai Tech at a well-known refractory enterprise in Hebei City, Tangshan Province. With the introduction of intelligent production line, Yinglai Tech helps the user automate the original production processes, significantly improving the working environment. 



Intelligent Production Line for Dry Vibratable Refractory

Technical Innovations:
1. Automated sealing process without the need for manual labor.
2. Buffer belt driven by a motor reducer acts as a buffer area against potential failures.
3. Square-roller vibration shaping conveyor can break apart the aggregates and thus ensure an even distribution of the weight of refractory bags, enabling easy access for robot grasping.
4. Belt conveyor equipped with a rear baffle plate acts as a waiting area for palletizing.
5. Equipped with a special-designed gripper, a Kawasaki robot with a motion range of 3255mm and a payload of 300kg is adopted for the palletizing process.
6. Two roller-type lifting tables are mounted on both front end and rear end of the pallet conveyor to enable reciprocating motion for loaded pallets and empty pallets.
