Project introduction：

An intelligent production line with an annual output of 60000 tons of magnesia-carbon bricks deigned and installed by Yinglai Tech at a well-known refractory enterprise in Hebei City, Tangshan Province. The intelligent production line mainly includes two hydraulic presses and nine screw presses, intelligent robotic palletizing cells of semi-finished bricks (with the functions of automated cleaning, inspecting, code printing and weighing), AGV transfer system, intelligent robotic depalletizing and palletizing cells of finished bricks with 3D vision, and automated packing system, etc.
Yinglai Tech also helps the user enable intelligent and digital success, launching a number of pioneering transformations, such as one-stop integrated management of production, facilities and personnel data with its ability to easily interface with the existing MES, as well as real-time display, storage and download of production information and real-time monitoring of production conditions around the clock.

The intelligent production line for magnesia-carbon bricks mainly includes:

1.Intelligent Robotic Palletizing System (designed to cater to the needs of hydraulic presses)

Enable automated cleaning, code printing, labeling and weighing of semi-finished bricks.

2.Intelligent Robotic Palletizing System (designed to cater to the needs of electric screw presses)

Customized dimensions available with maximum load of 3 tons.
Enable automated pallet pickup and delivery with features of magnetic stripe navigation, automatic obstacle avoidance and automatic charging.

4.Intelligent Robotic Depalletizing and Palletizing System

Intelligent pallet recognition with 2D vision.

Robotic depalletizing and palletizing with 3D vision.

Enable simultaneous depalletizing and palletizing operations of multiple brick types.

Enable continued depalletizing and palletizing operations with irregular intervals.

5.Automated Packing System

Intelligent wooden pallet shuttle system.

Automated bottom-film placing & sealing-film wrapping.

Automated banding with PET strap.

6.Yinglai Industrial Big Data System

Automated data acquisition system, information identification and tracing system, as well as centralized production line control system.
