Automatic Polishing System

An intelligent deburring system deigned and installed by Yinglai Tech is composed of robotic handing system, robotic deburring system, monorail traveling mechanism with dual-drive and a position-changing mechanism, which is capable of automatically removing the burrs left on the molded plastic products.

2. Repeatable movements rapidly round the clock to increase productivity.
3. A much safer process than manual.
4. Lower the requirements for workers’ operating techniques.
5. Shorten the cycle of product upgrading.
6. Secondary programming is allowed as per specific requirement of different types of work-pieces.
