Project Introduction

The hole mesh steel strip welding machine is designed by Tangshan Technology. The spiral tube prototype is wound around the fixed diameter core mold by the wrapping plate machine, and then welded synchronously by an argon arc welding machine. The visual weld seam tracking system can self correct weld seam deviation without manual interference. Production efficiency and product quality have significantly improved.

System composition

The welding machine is mainly composed of an Yinglai laser vision seam tracking system, a rotary mechanism, a cross slide table, and an electrical control cabinet.

Laser sensor seam tracking system are used for active collection of weld seam information; The control host and tracking software are responsible for processing the welding seam information, and during the tracking process, the calculated deviation is transmitted in real-time to the electrical control cabinet; The electrical control cabinet is used to receive deviations sent by the control host and convert them into corresponding signals; The rotary mechanism and cross slide are the final execution units.
